What do we offer?
Operating Lease: Financing scheme with attractive rents, aimed at end users who want to regularly update technology and save costs. At the end of a contract, the user can choose to return the technology and upgrade it, extend its use, or buy the equipment.
- Financial Lease: Financing model that allows the user to have an asset (hardware and software) in exchange for paying a monthly rent for a certain period to a financial entity. At the end of the contract, the user has the option to buy the asset with a symbolic payment.
- Simple Credit: The user acquires the equipment and it’s their property from the beginning of the financing. It is the simplest and easiest way to acquire technology. It consists of a loan of a sum of money under the commitment to return it in the future plus a certain interest rate, which represents a percentage of the money borrowed.
The financing models are extremely flexible for the end user as they allow them to plan technology without affecting working capital or investment, ensuring business continuity, and driving digital transformation.
The requirements include:
A minimum of USD 10,000 before tax or its equivalent in MXN
Applicable for corporations, individuals with business activity, and government.
Standard terms are 24, 36, 48, and 60 months, with a minimum of 3 years of constitution.
The applicant must comply with financial and legal documentation.
